Backflip Creative Marketing

My company hired BackFlip to produce a couple of promotional/tutorial videos for a new product launch. It was assuredly a positive experience, with their team of professionals really taking the time to understand our needs, desired product messaging, and budget. BackFlip's slogan is that they aim to "make awesome" and they certainly delivered! Our final product was an awesome and polished set of videos that we are thrilled with. We will definitely be return customers to BackFlip for all of our future video production needs.

So we got to work with Backflip recently - what an awesome experience! They were super clear about what they needed from our software services, and boy, were they quick with responses. Made the all the projects run like clockwork. ⏰ They totally respected our timelines (which trust me, isn't always the case in this industry), and they were real pros from start to finish. And get this - they actually appreciated the work we were doing. Felt great to get that kind of feedback. 🎉 I've got to say, they felt more like partners than clients.

It was GREAT! I think this is going to be a great and POWERFUL video. Hopefully, it will reach people. You have a GREAT crew, Everyone was really amazing to work with and I can't wait until the final product is finished. Super excited about the concert as well :) I'm already starting to think about the next possible video.
