I came in tonight to get new phones for my family, and Ian and Caleb assisted me throughout the process. Both were very professional, respectful, and patient. They took the time to explain our options clearly, answered all of our questions, and made what could have been a stressful experience very smooth and easy. The overall customer service was excellent, and we really appreciated their help. Great experience all around.
My husband Ben and I just had the best experience upgrading my phone at the Costco in Verona Wisconsin. Ian, aka the Lanimal was absolutely amazing. He was professional, kind, hilarious and made the experience so smooth and easy. I cannot recommend working with him enough. We will be back to work with him again.
While shopping at Costco today we encountered a young man named Ian, at his kiosk, who told us about their current promotions. We discussed what we were currently paying and he was able to get us a great deal on new phones. Ian was charming, knowledgeable and quick to get us taken care of! Great customer service!!
