Overall, I would 11/10 recommend Major Tom. I love working with Major Tom! They're always ahead of the curve and on top of their game. I've never had a bad experience with them, and would struggle to think of something!
After our non-profit had been dealing with an outdated website design and UX for several years, we worked with Major Tom to update and re-launch our website. From the process of conceptualizing/designing, launching and now ongoing website maintenance, our experience with Major Tom has been fantastic. They are always speedy with any issues that need immediate attention.
