After waiting over 2 years for this company to correct issues with my Lumasso website - built by them (correcting grammatical and navigational issues and missing backlinks), I am posting this review... The previous review was posted almost 3 years ago before the website was ever finished, at the request of the owner. Obviously I was easily influenced and gullible. In December 2017, while in their office to present printed screen shots of my website showing all the grammatical mistakes and user friendly problems, I was spoken to in such a loud tone of voice that I had to ask the owner to lower her voice 3 times while speaking to me, and even their website builder began to get hostile toward me. They promised that day they would correct the mistakes on the site, but until today, nothing has been done, nor have they contacted me about this. I am now forced to pay another website developer to completely remake my website as I have been advised by 5 different website builders that the site is irreparable, and must be redone from scratch. It has been an extremely stressful 2 years to say the least. My homemade GoDaddy website still rates higher than this new one at a much cheaper cost. Obviously this has cost my business an enormous amount of lost sales revenue, and internet exposure. I could go on about other issues with them about branding and social media, but there is just no reason for it. The lone star is for the logo graphics they produced for me, though not the name.
