FASTSIGNS of Goodyear, AZ

I paid $900 for a sign that I will have to put in the trash, I was told the $900 would include a vector file, but it didn’t, they wanted to charge me an extra $300 for the file. I’ll never use fast signs again.

Horrible experience with FastSigns. I was charged over $600 for a new monument sign replacing the old design. FastSigns did not replace the sign they placed a sticker over the old sign which prevented the light to illuminate the company's name through darkness. When I reached out to customer service, I spoke to April to fix the issue, she was extremely RUDE, RUDE, RUDE, dismissive and unhelpful. Says it was not their fault and the person who took my order no longer was employed with their company. Not only did they blame me, but they sent another quote for over $700 including a $350 fee for installation. As a business owner myself, the lack of accountability was soooo shocking no one cared to take ownership of the issue all the way up to management. I would NOT recommend the Goodyear location to ANYONE looking for reliable or professional service if you want to work with FastSigns I encourage you to go somewhere else. If I could give this company a zero I would. I would NEVER do business with them again.

I ordered racing stickers and specified that the stickers would be caught up in High speed airflow on a car. The car was going to be used for the Silver State Classic Challenge. The stickers were made for a sponsor Baker Construction. The stickers held perfectly at speeds up to 140 mph. The stickers look great. Thank you!
