Getting started in business can be overwhelming. While I know my industry, I don't know the first thing about creating a brand identity. There is something indescribably invigorating about taking a concept to someone like Kyle and in return receiving your idea brought to life EXACTLY how you described. Having a strong, cohesive brand has given me the confidence to boldly put myself into the market. You could Clip Art and Canva the forward face of your business ...or you can hire Kyle who's REALLY good at what he does. He was a dream to work with from start to finish. Every step of the process was well organized on his end from a user friendly client portal all the way to very clear communication and fast response and turnaround. It's easy enough to figure out how to do a lot of the things that go into bootstrapping a business, but actually nailing your brand image is absolutely worth the investment. I 10/10 would work with him again!

We had a fantastic experience working with Kyle Bigelow at Bigelow Design on the startup of Meriwether Coffee Company. From day one, Kyle brought a deep understanding of what it takes to build a business from scratch, especially on a true bootstrap budget. His practical knowledge, strategic thinking, and ability to prioritize what actually matters made a huge difference for us in the early stages. Kyle kept projects moving forward with steady, timely progress and was always responsive and solution-focused. Just as important, he brought a great attitude to every interaction — positive, encouraging, and fully invested in helping us succeed. If you’re in business and need someone who understands both design and the realities of building something from the ground up, we highly recommend Kyle. He’s been a valuable partner in helping Meriwether Coffee Company take shape.
