Many manufacturers we contacted required us to take our own measurements and couldn't be on-site for the program (because we weren't clear on their production methods, whether extra space was needed, etc.), but Hexin could! The program fee was even deducted from the final production cost, which was incredibly generous! We spent a lot of time designing the program, and the owner kept track of the progress. Once the design was finalized, the owner quickly produced and installed it for us! The owner is very busy but always replies to messages! The price is truly very reasonable! The quality is also excellent! Highly recommended!

The canvas on the company's exterior walls was installed by the boss; the work was efficient and the quality is fantastic! 👍🏻 …

This was my first time looking for a shop to make my own sign. I saw this one on Google Maps not far from my shop and it had good reviews, so I rode my bike over there one Saturday. All I saw was someone making the sign in the factory. I was too shy to go in and ask, so I just rode home. 😅 Luckily, I saw I could add someone on LINE on Facebook, so I added them and asked. I told the owner on LINE that I wanted to take down the old sign and make a new one. He arranged a time to come into the shop to measure the length of the sign and kindly asked if they wanted a new LED sign. In the end, I decided to make a lightbox sign. The signs I made this time were a single-sided horizontal sign and a double-sided vertical sign. I drew the star on the horizontal sign myself. Since I wasn't good at drawing rounded stars, I asked the owner to help me with some revisions. It turned out quite nice after the revisions. I'm really grateful for his help. I inquired about the sign production on Saturday, May 25th. The owner came to measure the sign in the morning of Monday, May 27th. The quote was given in the evening of Monday, May 27th. The construction started on Thursday, June 13th. My overall experience was similar to other reviews. The owner was very nice, and I'm very satisfied with the finished product. 👍 Thank you to the owner and the workers for their help in making and installing the sign.
