The service was excellent; they explained things carefully and tried to help the customer find solutions and resolve the problem.

The engineers explained the operation very carefully, and they handled any questions we had about the equipment very professionally, saving us, the homeowners, a lot of unnecessary trouble.

Here's what happened~ After joining the new company, I was tasked with changing the image files for a mobile advertising machine. I failed time and time again, and I almost cried 😭 Plus, none of my colleagues knew how to handle it. Later, in utter despair, I went to Shih-Chang, and they were incredibly kind! Even though I didn't buy the machine from Shih-Chang, they patiently helped me find a solution, even calling me to guide me step-by-step. Finally, I succeeded! 🥰🥰 Definitely a five-star review ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐! They completely saved my life! Thank you so much!!!
