When we accepted the order, we made a sample for you and told you that all subsequent products must be made according to the sample. However, when it came time to deliver, you didn't even do quality control. The drawings were fogged up, which was fine; I paid for another batch to have you re-fog them. But the products still had problems. How can such a large company not have quality control personnel? Is this the work attitude a company should have? It's absolutely rotten!

LINE customer service was incredibly friendly and patient! I wasn't familiar with the items I wanted to print, so I asked quite a few questions, and they answered each one quickly and in detail, offering helpful suggestions! Thank you so much!!!!

I called yesterday to inquire about the price. Because it was my first time doing card cutting on a German computer, I wasn't familiar with the files and asked a lot of questions. I don't know why I kept getting different people contacted, one of whom even sighed a lot. The experience was really bad.
