Very disappointed with this business. We bought their full page advertising package after we were told they would be placing TV screens in the mall for people to view. We were told in writing that the screens would be out facing so people walking by or sitting in the food court would be able to view the ads. The TV screens went up inside a local store not facing the outside and only visible once inside the store. There was no communication whatsoever about the change. We learned of the change when we went to view our ad. We were very reasonable and asked for a prorated refund. We were told they wouldn't. They offered longer screen times, but it wouldn't do us any good due to the placement of the screens. This whole experience feels very dishonest and we are disappointed that our small business has been taken advantage of.
I have thoroughly enjoyed working with Michael and the LinkIt Media Group team. They go above and beyond helping. Extremely friendly and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone that has a company that wants to market their business to their local community.
These people are first class and very professional. They have exceeded every expectation since the day I got involved and have never regretted our relationship. Highly recommend! Casey Collins 99 Saloon&Grill
