Clarity Online SEO

Shane! Since you have blocked my calls and my email, you leave me no choice but to reach you through this method. I asked you repeatedly to provide me with my Google Analytics and Google search console credentials and you are avoiding me. You’re avoiding me because you couldn’t rip me off with your expensive SEO fees of $2250 for 15 hours? You do not even employ a single employee and you don’t know anything about SEO. You have a thin skin and very unprofessional. I’m so glad I never acquired your so called SEO services for the last 7 years I was with you. I’m appalled how you treat your customers after 7 years. Above all you gave me only 2 weeks to move my website from your server because you couldn’t rip me off with your so called lousy SEO work and made threats that if I do not remove my site, you will abandon it. Do you know how stressful that was? Shame on you! You’re nothing but an unprofessional and immature kid. Anyone reading this, please call us so that we can give you more information about his tactics.

We worked with Shane and his team at Clarity to develop a new website for our adventure travel business. Beginning with their proposal all the way through to launch, I was impressed by their expertise, professionalism, creativity, efficiency, and flexibility. We launched exactly a month ago, and every indication is that the new site is exceeding the ambitious goals we set out at the beginning of the project. The design process was highly collaborative. We wanted a high level of participation from all of our staff, and Shane hosted multiple iterative design sessions in which he facilitated and guided the process with a very light but sure touch. The site upgrade was a complex effort, involving integration of blogs that were hosted on external domains. The effort also required the import of content from our old CMS that was, in many cases, poorly structured or unstructured. The Clarity team was extremely resourceful and persistent, repeating the import process multiple times to improve the results. Over the course of the year, we introduced several long delays and asked for changes that would likely have thrown other developers. The Clarity team took it all in stride, and never betrayed any reluctance to accommodate our requests. I was consistently impressed by their creative and collaborative problem solving, clear communication, and speed of execution. I would enthusiastically recommend Shane and Clarity, and I'm looking forward to an ongoing relationship as we continue to add enhancements and optimize the site.
