Kluz Diseños

Excellent service, well-organized, quality product delivered on time for a fair price. I owe you a photo.

I thought it was a nice place, but that's about it. The service is terrible; the girl who helped me was inexperienced and told me they could do something, when clearly they couldn't. It turned out worse than the one I brought them as an example, and they still managed to do even worse. On top of that, they didn't even know the glass in question was at their shop, which is strange because I paid them when I dropped it off. They don't take responsibility for shoddy work, they don't respect delivery times, and they don't care about the results. The laser engraving was done in a single pass and it looks awful, and they claim it's the glass's fault, even though the glass is made of stainless steel—a single sheet of the same material. Their work is very poor. The girl who receives the orders has no knowledge whatsoever of what they do there, and even worse, she doesn't ask the people who are supposed to know. I absolutely do not recommend them.

They're the best! Efficiency, quality, and effectiveness all in one place.
