Linear

We’ve been working with Linear for our paid ads, and they’ve been amazing! Their team really takes the time to understand our business goals and make sure our ads are meeting performance expectations. We’ve seen an improvement in our conversions and better results since they took over both our paid advertising. What we love most is how easy they are to work with. They’re always on top of things, super transparent, and quick to change course when needed. It feels like they actually care about our success, which is not common in an agency.

I've worked with a few agencies during my tenure as a marketing leader... none have been able to deliver so far as what Linear has accomplished. Specifically Brock. He is communicative, knowledgeable, and deeply strategic. He understands our business and has aligned with our goals. He foresees issues before we do and works to make sure that we address potential pitfalls. Best of all, our performance is way up. Looking forward to a continued relationship with Brock and the team.

Linear Design claims to be experts, but my experience was the opposite. I constantly had to provide them with instructions on how to complete even basic tasks. They were very inefficient, overcharged for their services, and ultimately messed up my landing page — which cost me a significant number of leads. They had promised to credit me for this mistake, but never followed through. I ended up canceling my contract and moving to another company that charges one-third of the price and delivers leads at half the cost. I do not recommend doing business with this company.
