Розробка і створення сайтів - Centum-D

We've been working with Centum-D for over 5 years. They developed and launched two websites for us from scratch and handled the high-quality promotion of one of them. They work quickly and professionally, taking all our requests into account. They're always available, making changes and additions promptly. They're a reliable partner. We highly recommend them!

Hello! I'm Elena Olshanskaya, and I work in the beauty industry. With extensive experience and a large client base, I strive to keep up with the times. The modern service industry requires new approaches and professional tactics for organizing and running a business. I was recommended Centum-D as the best team of professionals. As a professional in my field, my standards are very high. I needed to implement and promote new trends and directions. Miraculously, I was met by a wonderful team of young, advanced, tactful, and ultra-professionals. They created a stylish, modern website for me; everything is clearly thought out and organized. All new clients who came to me through the website highly appreciate my progress, and everyone involved in developing their own business always asks me to share the contact information for the company that manages my website. I can't thank the entire team enough... Thank you for your professionalism, patience, and understanding of your clients. We've been working together for four years now, and you never cease to amaze and delight me! I recommend you to everyone! Sincerely, Elena O.

Unfortunately we cannot recommend Centum-D. MrFix.nl hired Centum-D in Jun 2023 to upgrade our system (CRM + site in WP & html css) and develop a mobile (PWA) app for Clients and one for builders, both in Laravel & Vue.js. We support Ukraine so we only work with Ukrainian agencies: OneSource (from Kyiv) had created a great Figma design of the system in Jan-Apr 2023. Centum-D promised to complete the system by late Jul: it is now 13 MONTHS later and they still have not finished! We have faced serious issues, including two project managers disappearing, Centum-D failing to fix bugs even 10 months after we reported them and Centum-D arguing that features are out of scope although the system simply doesn’t work without them. The key problem is communication: Centum-D doesn’t ask for complete requirements or discuss alternative solutions. They just build components the way they like and then refuse to adapt them. For example: our design shows builders a list of repair jobs including the dates that Clients made available. When the builder taps a date he then only needs to tap a start time & estimate in order to accept & schedule the job. But Centum-D has built it so that the builder has to tap the same date 3 times in 3 different screens in order to accept a job! We face dozens of such issues. CEO Valeriy is aware of them but simply writes that he has no time for us. We have even had to hire a lawyer and are preparing legal action, but that does not help Ukraine. We simply want Centum-D to complete our system: our business is suffering badly without it.
