They've done online market research for us, helping us collect information and improve our business. They’ve also developed a customer experience strategy and created a step-by-step process that is easy to follow. In addition, they've managed some advertising campaigns for us. We started with $5,000 (we needed to test their skills and expertise) but we have continued to work with them. For now, it is more than $55,000 we have spent working with Adloonix. Go ahead and hire them. Trust them and they'll do a great job for you. They're very organized and stay on top of everything. We mostly use Viber and phone calls for communication, but we also use email and text messages. Their market research and their reports have definitely helped us improve our business. The traffic to our website has increased by about 80%.
