Ads Ajans Reklam Ltd.şti.

I bought a freestanding advertising sign, probably called a sidewalk sign, and sent the payment in advance. When the sign arrived, the base that holds the water was leaking. I called the same day and told them the product was defective. They said, "Use it, wait until the weekend, we'll send it back." Then they said, "We checked with production, it's due to my fault, we can't exchange it." When I said I would complain, they said, "Okay, we'll exchange it, but you'll have to pay the shipping." We accepted that too. They said, "Send us the product, we'll process it later." In short, zero customer satisfaction and defective products. Don't choose them. I'm writing this review everywhere so you can be aware of it.
