Sem Beauty Center

I made a prepayment in October. Either the equipment was faulty or they were unreachable. Now I can neither reach them by phone nor get a response. Refund the fees for the service you did not provide. The business owner's name is Semiha; please be cautious when you hear that name.

There's no such place. My friend and I, along with a few others who went because of my friend, experienced the same inconvenience. Semiha suddenly closed the salon and didn't explain anything. It was obvious that something was going to happen, as different staff were attending each session. We still have our usage rights, but we haven't received a refund. None of our messages or calls are being returned. We will be filing a complaint with the consumer court. I refuse to forgive my money.

I paid in advance for laser hair removal and g8 in May. I call to make a proper appointment, they say send me a message. I text them, they answer a day later, it's midnight, they say come tomorrow, they give me an appointment and then cancel it. It's a different employee every time I go... My legs burned during my second hair removal session, far from apologizing, they were so ridiculous as to say "use cream and it will go away." Naturally, they screwed up and didn't pay even though they promised to refund. Their phone number is unreachable today. There's nothing to say. Let them deal with the court from now on.
