A company that does its job properly, meticulously and on time. Thank you very much for your attention and interest. I especially wish Mr. Aytaç continued success in his work.

First of all, your comment is very unpleasant. We have been operating in this sector for 60 years. The materials we sell are not shelf materials; they are heavy-tonnage materials. It's not that we don't have materials; sometimes, because they are under pallets, we can give a delivery time of 1 or 2 hours and then resupply them. We sometimes don't know when materials that appear as stock in the office might not be easily available for shipment. Furthermore, we offered to provide a different thickness of the requested material without any price difference, but that wasn't accepted. Such inconveniences are quite normal. We didn't insult anyone or treat anyone badly; we explained everything politely. Your comment was very inappropriate.

I would like to thank Mr. Aytaç for his interest; he was quick and solution-oriented in all aspects of advertising, and we achieved even better results than we expected.
