Tanit Web

A true partner and advisor. Good luck represented Tunisia better. TANITWEB a very professional team. We consider them a pillar in terms of insurance and continuity of our activity.

I advise you to avoid this agency. I signed a contract for a website with an 8-week delivery timeframe, which was ultimately completed after 10 months due to threats of legal action. After the final delivery, we discovered—for an agency selling SEO services—that the delivered website contained over 1800 serious errors, which took us six months to correct with a dedicated developer. Furthermore, their SEO services are billed annually at exorbitant prices for simply tracking search engine rankings using free software.

I worked directly with TanitWeb as the main point of contact during our website project, and overall it was a really good experience. They were always responsive and easy to reach whenever we had an issue or needed something adjusted. What I appreciated most is the way they treated the requested adjustments or problems and how they followed through and solved them quickly. They were also punctual and respected deadlines, which made the whole process much smoother. Communication was straightforward and efficient, and they were open to feedback and changes along the way. If I had to point out one area to improve, it would be consistency across devices. Since multiple designers worked on the project, there were a few small inconsistencies like things working fine on desktop but not displaying the same way on tablets. It wasn’t a major issue, but something that could be refined. Overall, a reliable team that I’d recommend working with.
