It's hard to contact them before they answer. I understand the phrase "difficult to follow up on work" as it takes time for them to answer. I messaged the page and they didn't answer. I called and they said they messaged me on Line. They didn't answer me on Line. I called again and they finally answered. They answered and then disappeared. So I called again. It took 2 days. I couldn't get any information from them. Changing the provider was the most comfortable.
Professional ..good work
Very slow work process. Called the store number to talk to the representative. Each time they promised to return with an answer. After a month of repeated phone calls and following up they appeared to not have even mention anything about getting started. Only to tell us last minute that they cannot finish the work. If you enjoy really unprofessional and slow work then by all means use this company.
