Coach B. Michele is the real deal!! She is super knowledgeable, she has tons of experience, she's very creative, and thinks outside of the box. I do love my new banner. It came a few days earlier than promised, it is gorgeous, tall and professional. I can wait for my first event. Other places wanted to charge me more for lesser quality. I will work with B Michele as long as I am in business! Her agency is excellent!

I am writing this review because I paid for an online consultation service that I never received nor have I received the refund as promised. I had a $99 1hr Consultation scheduled, and no one called or sent a link for the online consultation. I reached out by phone to both numbers provided several times, and left several messages - no one answered or returned my calls until 2 days later. That same day I also reached out to my husband's friend (who not only recommended B Michele to me, but is also an acquaintance of hers) to let him know what took place, and that I was not happy with the situation. The next day my husband called his friend to let him know that I still hadn't heard anything. On the 2nd day I received a call, but wasn't able to answer, so I was sent a text with the reason given for the No Show, which was that the day of my scheduled Consultation there was some other matter taking place, and to please accept her apology because this is not how she handles business. At which point, I let her know that I appreciated the response, but that I had already taken my business elsewhere. I then asked if I could expect to receive my money back, to which she responded yes. It has been over a month, and there has been no return. So, I've taken the matter up with my bank to be resolved. This is not okay.
