We had a great experience switching over to AT&T with Kelly. She made sure to explain everything thoroughly and find us the best rate we could get. She also made sure to walk us through all the billing and fees we would see over the next few bills. It’s also nice to know that we can contact her if we have is future issues or needs.
Contacted today by a representative Dillon Hynes saying that he could lower wireless bill! And that he did! Very friendly, knowledgeable, but most of all I got a better deal! Thank you Dillon and good luck in the future
I just wanted to share That Philippe really went the extra mile to help me get connected to AT&T with a great deal, and great service! He even came by the following day to make sure everything went well with my installation. There aren’t too many salespersons that check with the customer after the sale. Philippe Does his job with excellence, and I am so happy that I worked with him and his company. It should be noted that his supervisor was also very engaging, and made sure I was very happy with my service. Excellent work!
