8 Signal Marketing Agency

We worked with 8 Signal to help us complete a website with advanced programming that included API integration, member management, and gated content. Part of what made this project work so well for us was the ability to meet regularly with their technical support team and we were able to reach out for updates/changes. It would have been nice to have a more in-depth questionnaire at the start of the project to avoid misunderstanding, find gaps in shared understanding. Overall, the final product was done quite well and we would recommend 8 Signal to others seeking help with any advanced website projects.

We really enjoyed working with Danie and the whole 8 Signal team. We found it very helpful to have already read the StoryBrand book, but the 8 Signal team helped us look at how we could apply that content to our own marketing strategy. The 8 Signal team are very good listeners and were accurate in their summaries of our goals, projects, and meetings. We realized a few new things, too, when we saw our marketing from their point of view. We're thinking about working with 8 Signal again in the future in two ways: Creating a brochure about our company Reviewing our new website (when it's complete) and tweaking to make sure we are on point.

I would definitely recommend 8 Signal to my colleagues and friends. Working with the 8 Signal team was effortless. I believe your communication was what worked really well for this project. The value journey/target audience exercises were very valuable and beneficial elements of the whole process. I can’t thank the 8 Signal team enough. Also migrating to WordPress was so invaluable. The CMS is very easy for any one of our staff members to understand and learn to use. Without you guys we’d still be waiting for someone else to update our content offsite. There’s one minor display issue on mobile for the homepage of our Friends website. Based on my experience with your team, I’m sure that will be fixed as soon as possible. The project was managed very well and we now have two attractive and up-to-date websites with a smooth user experience. It has been a pleasure working with all of you.
