So thankful for Rose Marketing! They have done my Google ads, Facebook ads and scheduled Facebook posts for more than two years. Always there to provide more detail when requested, always willing to try new things when we weren’t getting results we hoped for. Above all, they are really wonderful humans - sweet, kind, thoughtful. It has been a joy to have them as part of our team.

Not the same experience for someone that owns and manage Ruth's Roses. Terrible service. I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience ordering flowers from Ruth's Roses. I placed an order for a very meaningful occasion—the anniversary of my friend’s son's passing. The flowers were meant to be a small but important gesture of comfort on a difficult day. Unfortunately, not only were the flowers never delivered, but I also received no notification that my order had been canceled. Had I not checked with my friend, I would never have known that the flowers did not arrive. When I reached out to the florist, I was casually informed that my order had been refunded due to a supply issue. At no point was I contacted about this problem, which would have at least allowed me to find another florist in time. Instead, their lack of communication resulted in a deeply disappointing and frustrating situation. Good customer service is about more than just making sales—it’s about reliability, communication, and accountability. If a business cannot fulfill an order, the bare minimum they should do is notify the customer so they can make other arrangements. Instead, I was left in the dark, and my friend never received the flowers on such an important day. This experience has completely shattered my trust in Ruth's Roses. A simple email or phone call would have made all the difference, but instead, they failed on both service and basic decency. I would strongly caution anyone against relying on this company for important occasions, as they clearly do not prioritize their customers or the impact of their service failures.
