Oof. These pyramid schemes. All of the electronic equipment looked like it was rejected from Goodwill and the desks and other furniture had prices written on them in sharpee like they came from a garage sale or other lesser charity shop. The people are polite and all, but Cutco is annoying, infuriating, with their business model. How they stay BBB certified, I do not know, but it makes me think the Better Business Bureau must be a worthless organization also. Stop with the door to door sales model. This isn't the 1940s. Just have a website and let people order your mid-range quality kitchen tools ala carte through the Amazon business model. Who wants some financially desperate stranger coming into their house with a dozen knives? Not me! So stop preying on the unemployed! I'd lump this company in with Publishers Clearing House and the Clergy. After the money of poor folk who will do almost anything for the hope that they could live a better life.

After some struggle getting in touch, I was very pleased with the service. Ashley did a great job sharpening the knives and I will certainly be contacting them in the future. Edit, original post below: I've contacted Cutco to get their information. I've called all the phone numbers provided, I've emailed all their emails. I have heard nothing back. Very frustrating experience.
