Here it is 3 years later and I’m updating my review. I originally gave a 5 star review because they worked really hard to get me set up with advertising and website. They were quick and punctual. After they got me set up, service was good for a while. After service became slow I switched to another media company. I recently came back to town square and to my disappointment, my account manager, will not answer or return my calls. It’s been 3 weeks and not one returned call after calling twice a week to find out why my e-commerce is down.
Frank Pain and Rudy "Fearless" Fernandez are top notch radio personalities and are all around great guys. I've known Frank for some years now and he has always been just an amazing human being in general and is extremely humble. 5 stars all the way!
This has been one of the greatest experiences I’ve ever had! Everyone here is like family and very inviting. We work together on my website and advertising. They are very involved in my process and they are helping me grow my business! Thank you Christopher Sanchez and everyone at Townsquare for all your amazing support! Rudy, Chaz and Jennifer are the best as well!!
