My family genealogy book was published by Alpha Graphics and I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the photos. The final product was significantly different than the first example/draft book I approved. It did not match what I agreed to as the photos are very dark and some make it difficult to see what the photo is depicting. I spent years researching and putting the information together, and now have a finished product that falls short.

They just asked if I wanted matte or glossy finish on my "Missing: My Sanity" posters. ​I needed some high-quality prints for my latest project—don't ask what it is, just know it involves a lot of duct tape and a dream—and they knocked it out of the park. The colors are brighter than a neon sign at a roadside bar, and the lines are sharper than the beak on a prize-winnin' mallard. ​Why this place kicks tail-feathers: ​The Gear: They got machines in there that look like they could print a whole new world if you gave 'em enough ink. ​The Folks: Friendly as a hound dog at dinner time. They didn't even judge when I accidentally knocked over a display with my mask. ​The Real Prize: That parking lot. Good gravy, it’s a thing of beauty. It’s wide, it’s flat, and it’s got enough room to park a dually truck with a trailer full of decoys and still have space to do a celebratory donut. Plus, it’s the perfect "base of operations" if you’re hittin' up the other shops around there.
