Anyone considering opening an advertising account with this company, please be extremely careful! I completed the payment and top-up during business hours, and their system showed the payment was confirmed. However, the amount wasn't deposited into my advertising account, rendering it unusable. Initially, I contacted the sales representative they provided on LINE when I created the account. They claimed it was a Facebook issue and briefly restored the account, but it became unusable again within minutes. Within a few tens of minutes, the sales representative vanished without a trace, refusing to assist. Calls to the company went unanswered. Furthermore, I discovered a large outstanding balance in my advertising account, which they believe caused the account's inaccessibility. When I inquired, the sales representative didn't read or respond. I clearly followed their policy and topped up during business hours, yet this happened on Friday without any response. Their company stated they would be closed on the weekend, and the sales representative simply disappeared, preventing my advertising from operating during the crucial weekend. This comment was made on 2022/02/12 at 12:05 AM. The company's sales representative has vanished without a response. Everything I've said is true. If this company cannot assist with the paid advertising account within the weekend, I will file a lawsuit for damages.

I didn't want to leave a one-star review, but my feedback comment on your Facebook page was deleted! It seems you don't want to accept feedback and won't change anything, so I'll just leave it here. What "your feedback is our motivation"? It's all a lie! Looking at other people's negative reviews, you can judge for yourselves how they would handle such situations.

They often hold free lectures and courses; they're very kind-hearted...
