X plan艾克斯行銷企劃｜社群行銷｜平面設計｜品牌企業形象｜Logo設計

I strive to meet all client needs. My writing is meticulous, and I excel at editing images and text. Highly recommended.

To be honest, the collaboration experience was terrible. The contract content basically restricted the client and offered little to no constraint on the service provider. There was no substantial improvement or optimization in the standardized format. Honestly, you can just do it yourself; post pictures and articles, do some basic ChatGPT stuff, and that's it. And the pictures are really poorly made.

When we first contacted them, they were very willing to take the time to understand our store's situation and needs, unlike some companies that immediately throw out a fixed plan. This was a big plus for me. During the collaboration, we also had many practical operational considerations, sometimes requiring adjustments to direction or pace. They were always patient in discussing these issues and making adjustments based on our specific circumstances. They didn't become rigid or difficult to communicate with after signing the contract. They were also very helpful in finding ways to optimize any details we raised, making the overall collaboration quite smooth. Honestly, I've had experience with other marketing companies before, and I've often encountered situations where they were very proactive before signing but then became disappointing afterward. However, I haven't had this problem with X Plan. Their response speed and cooperation have been excellent. Overall, they are a very serious team that is willing to adjust to client needs. My current experience working with them is reassuring, and I look forward to even better results in the future.
