After confirming the production dimensions and notifying them to start production (November 8th), four days later on the morning of November 12th... (it had been stated from the beginning that it was for an event on November 13th-14th), I first sent a message asking if I could pick it up, but received no reply after reading it. I sent two more messages in the afternoon, also receiving no reply. I had to call to inquire, and the response was always "a little later." I asked the owner what time "a little later" meant, or if they were just telling me "a little later"... When I called again at 6 PM, they still told me "a little later"... Faced with such a shop, I had to give up and find another manufacturer (this manufacturer takes orders before closing at 9 PM and notifies me to pick them up at 9 AM the next morning, proving that this could be done quickly). At 8:56 PM, I sent a message informing them that I was giving up, and they replied at 9:44 PM saying they received the notification... So the previous unanswered messages were clearly intentional. This kind of shop deserves 0 stars!!!

A fantastic advertising and related company! Highly recommended! Transparent and reasonable pricing, friendly and helpful owner, high-quality workmanship, and efficient service. Thank you so much, Mr. Zhuang, for your hard work in the rain allowing us to open on schedule! 🙏

Poor service. Bad workmanship. Also wasted my time. I was not satisfied with the final product even after several opportunities given to the boss to fix.
