The staff were all very polite. The shop isn't big, but it sells some 3C accessories. It doesn't feel intimidating. The service was very professional when I bought the projector lamp. They also advised me to be careful around the heat sink when changing the lamp sheet to avoid getting burned. They tested everything on-site. A truly honest and trustworthy shop, 👍 Thumbs up! The color film for the projector lamp is really beautiful, perfect for advertising. Highly recommended! :) The only downside might be the limited parking available, but they do offer paid delivery service. :)

Extremely poor inventory management. They didn't mention the item was out of stock when the order was placed the day before. They only informed us in the afternoon, after the expected delivery time for the next day had passed. This wastes the customer's time. And the refund amount will be held back for a while. Very bad.

The shop itself is small, hiding in a mostly residential area, and the signs are a bit uncatchy, so you might miss it the first time around. Despite it's unassuming appearance, they run a quite popular online store and have nearly everything on tap, and because of this the prices are always quite gentle on budget.
