A highly disreputable company! Our dear Yohan will try to gain your trust and demand full payment before any work begins, because the work they sell as highly professional is nothing but a facade. The photos are poorly framed, the videos are tasteless slideshows based on outdated technology, the text is full of errors, and they treat the client like a toddler. The tools used are inadequate, and the staff is unqualified for the work they sell. To top it all off, no refund whatsoever, not even a symbolic 200 francs out of the 2700 francs spent on Instagram optimization. Most of the delivered products are unusable. It's impossible to improve the quality, even after discussion. Despite requests for corrections, both verbal and written, only some of the requests were addressed. It's impossible to make yourself understood when they promise you a 5-star service and deliver something like McDonald's; all you get are blue napkins to look classy. In short, a significant loss of money and a huge waste of time!
