Completely disappointed. It truly feels like Google is becoming the next 1984 — a system where censorship filters out anything critical and only allows the positive, polished narratives to remain. Is this what democracy looks like now? When dissenting voices are silenced and only one version of reality is permitted?
I’m truly disappointed by how Google Maps seems to limit free speech by removing reviews that contain valid complaints or low ratings. If a customer experiences underqualified service, their feedback should be heard—not silenced. Honest reviews, whether positive or negative, are essential for transparency and trust. When legitimate criticism is removed, it undermines the credibility of the platform. How can users rely on Google Maps for honest insights if only favorable reviews are allowed to remain?
The saturation of ads became so severe that I permanently disabled the official YouTube app on my Android, switching entirely to the Brave browser. If Mohan expects users to sit through that kind of "spam", the decent thing to do is share the advertising revenue with the people who are actually watching.
