Viajes Sun Beach

The service was incredibly rude and unpleasant. From the moment I walked in, she started raising her voice and treating me terribly. She told me they'd already taken my package without even looking at it. Then, despite having my ID, PIN, and a signed authorization on my phone from my friend (I was there to pick it up on her behalf), she kept giving me trouble. She made me print the authorization on HER printer for 30 cents, which she then didn't even keep. But it was absolutely essential to have it on paper. Oh, and she didn't even ask for my friend's ID. Finally, she gave me the package, but what a miserable woman! I almost laughed; it was like something out of a hidden camera prank. I don't recommend this place.

Everything was fine, but the woman was incredibly rude, and my three friends complained about it. You're not DHL, and you defend your actions, contradicting me as if it were your responsibility. I'm attaching a photo of how DHL informed me that the package should be delivered to my home, and the elderly woman telling me no, treating me like I was stupid and not listening to me. On top of that, the location is designated as a pickup point, but it's closed almost all day, and even the company couldn't deliver it yesterday. It was a complete disaster. I've changed my approach because otherwise, I'm going to keep getting these kinds of reviews.

She is friendly and helpful. My delivery process has been fun and smooth :)
