July 19, 2021: It seemed like they would, but no, it's been two and a half years. Maybe we'll get lucky and they'll finish the job someday. If you have patience and money to burn, this is the company for you. Shameful. April 1, 2021: As I said before, this company/manager is unreliable, unprofessional, and has no web design knowledge. They think everything is fine and they know how to do it, but then they have no clue. After almost two years, I tried to reach an agreement with them to do something as simple, theoretically, as migrating a PrestaShop store to WordPress, and they've gone back to their old ways. They don't respond to any calls, and what's more, instead of acknowledging their mistakes and giving a decent refund, we're going to have to keep waiting. Maybe they'll show up someday. I hope your future clients—and if they read this, you probably won't have any—pay you when you finish the job. This is a warning to those who read the other reviews and think they're a professional. From what I've read, everyone is delighted with his speed, professionalism, and excellent work. I've been waiting 13 months for him to finish a project that he said would take about 20 days. I've been waiting for over a month for him to reply to my WhatsApp messages. When he did reply, he was always very polite and always promised to have it finished by tomorrow. I think I'm going to change my profile picture; maybe then people will stop seeing me as a fool... November 22, 2020 We're still in the same situation. After posting the first review four months ago, I got a response, but as of today, I haven't heard from him in 25 days. I'll keep you updated on the progress. February 6, 2021 After two years, we're finally seeing some light at the end of the tunnel. We've reached an agreement, and it seems like it will go well. He told me it will be finished in 25 to 35 days.
