BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! I hired I-Crono last June to develop my website, and after almost a year of waiting, I can only say it has been a disastrous experience. During the first few months, there was slow progress, but in the last two or three months, they have simply vanished. They don't answer calls, messages, or emails. I have personally gone to their offices three times, and no one is there. Two months ago, I managed to speak with the manager, Gustavo, who promised me they would finish the project, but since then, I haven't heard anything from them. I don't even know if the company is still operating. They have demonstrated a complete lack of seriousness and commitment, causing me to waste time and money. If you value your business and your time, DO NOT trust I-Crono. They don't deliver, they don't respond, and they are completely unprofessional.

Terrible after-sales service, they sell you things with a warranty that ends up not being what it says, and even if you deign to pay for something that has a warranty they tell you that there is no solution.

I contacted the team to integrate AI solutions into my company, and it was a complete success. They created an AI agent for me that responds to my customers 24/7. Plus, they genuinely advise you, not sell you smoke… You can tell they're tech-savvy and thinking ahead. Great team!
