I'm giving it one star because otherwise Google won't publish it, but they don't even deserve that. I had a video conference meeting today with this guy, Chema, and when we scheduled the appointment, I answered the relevant questions and also gave him the URL of my online store so he could review it, as he correctly instructed. I booked the appointment last week and have been receiving reminders ever since to make sure I didn't forget. Well, today, five minutes before the meeting was supposed to start, with everything already organized for both the meeting and the rest of the morning, since I have other things to do, I received an email saying that my project wasn't sufficiently established to be considered (not in those exact words, but implying that it wasn't established), and that I should get training first and then we'd see. I find this completely disrespectful and unprofessional, since I had to organize my day to make sure I had this meeting, only to receive such a response. Of course, I replied, and I haven't received a single message back. I don't recommend them, and I don't plan on working with them in the future. Perhaps they weren't convinced by my budget for starting this project, and that's very sad. It's the worst thing you can do to someone.

They solved a problem I had with Meta that I'd been trying to resolve for months. Chema was very kind, efficient, and flexible with scheduling. I highly recommend him. Thank you so much for your help!

Disappointed, Chema wasted three weeks of our attempt to implement digital marketing for our business. In the first meeting, he asked for the equivalent of 10% of the sale for each client filling out a product interest form… and it was stipulated in the contract! I explained that this was unfeasible, since with three unsuccessful forms (statistics show many more), we would already be incurring losses. He finally accepted my proposal to charge per sale, and we scheduled a final meeting to clarify any doubts. He never answered my calls or contacted the person who was supposed to attend the meeting, despite our interest and persistence. He finally showed up today to say that he "can't do the job." I don't know if it's due to his inability to do it or because it wasn't financially worthwhile, but dealing with him was a complete waste of time.
