EDITED: After the events I initially described, they corrected themselves and provided us with a new proposal free of charge, taking our suggestions into account. The result has been satisfactory. I'm raising the rating, but not giving it the highest mark due to the frustration and bad feeling we had when they initially told us that if we didn't like the two options they gave us, we would have to pay for a new proposal. ------------------------------------- Very bad experience. We commissioned a logo for a company and they gave us two proposals. The document looked quite professional, but we really didn't like the content. The designs were supposedly "justified" in some ways, but in the most important aspects for us, there was no trace of them in the logo. One of them was very similar to another logo we already knew. The other consisted of two facing quotation marks that looked like a 69. We asked them to make some changes, indicating what we wanted changed. But they refused to make any changes without an extra payment. In the end, we ended up paying for something that neither convinces us at all nor will we ever use. We have to find another company, this time a reputable one, to take care of it. Money down the drain. Who in their right mind thinks a design job consists of sending a couple of options, and if the client doesn't like them, tough luck? This is unprofessional. On other occasions when I've commissioned a logo from a company, the price for the work included several design rounds, so the designer could take into account the client's feedback from the previous round, ensuring the client was ultimately satisfied. As I said: not particularly brilliant professionals and a bad experience. Not recommended.
