They treat you like garbage. They can't even be polite in an email. You can't call them because they'll never say anything other than "we'll call you back." They even threatened to lose my grant if I didn't send them the information they promised to read on my current website. Shameful negligence and mistreatment. They're grant leeches with absolutely no interest (or even care) for the projects.

My experience: After ending up working with Neozink because another company "sold" them my project... I can say it was a terrible experience. Manuel G. showed absolutely no interest. He turned out to be not only unwilling to work, but also completely lacking in basic education and the ability to research his own work. Calling them is useless; they just say they'll call you back, and they never will. They couldn't even write an online letter. They didn't even read my previous website. They're grant collectors who take advantage of freelancers. This is probably one of the few genuine reviews of this company: My advice: run from them like the plague.

Highly recommended. From the very first contact, they demonstrated professionalism, a friendly approach, and a clear focus on results.
