My experience was mixed and varied depending on the service area. Regarding the Google Ads, I'm very satisfied. The person in charge proved to be a true professional, and I give them a 10 for their excellent work. The ads were effective and well-managed, meeting all my expectations. However, my experience with the rest of the team was quite disappointing. The Meta ads and social media management were handled very unprofessionally. The social media posts were basic, created with simple Canva templates—something I could have done myself. If I hire an agency, it's because I expect specialized service that provides added value, not something I can do myself without being a community manager. Furthermore, the handling of the Meta ads was particularly poor. The person in charge created a completely generic ad, without any audience or geographic targeting—something anyone could do without specialized knowledge. This type of ad is ineffective and demonstrates a lack of professionalism I've never seen before. In the end, I had to create the Meta ad myself, which was frustrating, especially since the agency charged me for that service for the entire month, even though the work they did wasn't adequate. In short, if you're looking for an agency that offers a comprehensive and professional service, this might not be the best option. While they excel at managing Google Ads, they fall significantly short in handling social media and Meta ads. I would recommend looking for options that offer a more specialized service and truly add value across all areas of digital marketing.
