I have had the opportunity to collaborate with this marketing agency twice as a freelance photographer and videographer. On both occasions, I committed to meeting deadlines, completing requested edits, and adapting to the project's needs. However, in both projects, I experienced significant difficulties with the payment process. Despite delivering all the agreed-upon materials, more than two months have passed since the project's completion without me receiving payment. During this time, I have attempted to contact them multiple times via phone calls and emails, without success. On one of the few occasions I managed to get through, I was told they were facing internal issues related to staffing shortages. As a freelancer, I depend directly on the income generated by each project. The lack of communication and payment delays not only affect my financial stability but also my ability to plan and manage future work commitments. I am sharing this experience to warn other freelancers who may be considering working with this agency. It is essential that labor relations be based on transparency, mutual respect, and compliance with established agreements. RESPONSE TO THE COMMENT: It's curious—almost worthy of study—that you boast of having nearly 20 years of experience when, according to various legal and business platforms, KREASET began operations in 2018. At this rate, you should write a book on how to condense two decades of experience into just seven years. But oh well, let's suppose that's not the important point. What is important—and worrying—is that you now claim my payment was contingent upon the end client receiving payment. This is not only false, but I also have documentary evidence (emails, messages) that categorically refutes it. At no point, neither in writing nor in phone calls, was anything of the sort mentioned. A complete disappointment. I started collaborating with them as a freelance web designer, and everything was great at first, but it's turned out to be a huge ordeal. It's been over a year and a half waiting for them to pay me for about four projects I'm owed, and there's no way to get anywhere. They always say they're going to pay, but they never do. They haven't even paid me a small portion as a gesture of good faith. Not only have they not paid me, but I've also had to pay for my work, because invoices were issued for these projects, and I had to pay the VAT upfront. They haven't even reimbursed me for that. Furthermore, communication is terrible. Chema barely shows his face and disappeared at the very beginning, which is the biggest problem. It's incredibly difficult to get them to reply to emails or anything else... I mean, the least they could do is reassure people and be there to help in these situations and ease their anxiety. I think I've been very patient and understanding, but it seems like they're just mocking me after waiting so long and it taking so long for them to even reply to a damn email. It's a disgrace. Until they offer a payment plan or make more of an effort to communicate with me... they have very little integrity and are truly untrustworthy.
