Motivated Marketing

The team at Motivated Marketing is a class act. I have witnessed this team assemble campaigns that other agencies would relish. They are professional, responsive and fantastic at execution. Give team motivated a call.

Absolutely atrocious experience with communication. Their design is cookie cutter at best and they failed to follow the client’s directions costing our company money and stress.

Total Incompetence. Empty Promises. $800+ Down the Drain. Motivated Marketing completely botched my Google Ads campaign and failed to properly manage my Google Business Profile (GBP). According to Google Ads support, my business was essentially invisible online—what they called a “ghost listing”—because Motivated never caught that I had two conflicting GBP listings. That mistake alone made my entire campaign worthless. I spent over $800 on ads (plus their management fee) with zero return, all because they couldn’t be bothered to set things up correctly. When confronted, they admitted fault, blamed “Google issues,” and promised to reimburse my ad spend to “save face.” I have the email confirming this. That was weeks ago. Still no check. This agency is not “motivated”—they’re negligent, disorganized, and dishonest. I hired them to help grow my plumbing business, not to waste my money and damage my visibility. Steer clear unless you want to pay premium prices for amateur mistakes and broken promises.
