Cool place very huge and can recommend people coming to Jozi to get a flat to rent there.
The flats look great and stuff, but in terms of how the tenant management is run here, I would not advise anyone to live at this building.
Please consider any other options you may have. Place is nice and reasonably priced, yes, but once you sign the lease you will unleash maintenance and management issues with service and they literally give zero fcks just as long as you're paying. 2 months in and I'm sitting in a unit with leaking roof for half of that time. Early cancelation comes with a 2 months rent penalty. People move out just as fast as they move it. Place ain't what it used to be under prior management
