Non-transparent, arrogant, unprofessional, they behave like the "new sheriff in town". No certificate. Company ownership =?
Arrogant, unresponsive, they do not act in the interests of the condominium owners. The building I live in and managed by the SPO is unmaintained, neglected, there is no clear investment plan, the building is falling apart - they don't care, they blame the condominium owners. I absolutely do not recommend it, one of the worst experiences in my life. One would say: they have no shame.
Sadly, the transparency toward the property owners is a priority. A lot of times you get a feeling you have been cheated and you have to pay quadruple...
