I'm happy to go to Julija for the delicious food, which is beautifully served. Friendly, everything I missed in Slovenia is here.

'Lost' deposit - the agent claimed that it was never paid, but nevertheless he let the property. ADDENDUM: unfortunately the accusation is not untrue, and that we eventually returned the deposit to the tenant. I (the owner) can confirm this as well as the tenant. It is true that some time has passed since then, but the statement is true. This is also the reason that the property is now being let by another agency. I would ask you to check the statements before accusing me of making false statements.

This model is a tough guy, avoid him as much as you can. We bought a house through him and now there are a lot of problems with the plots. Although he clearly lied about the plots, he now claims to not remember anything... He also knew nothing about the house itself. The contract he prepared in the first attempt contained information from previous clients. Because he did not advise my partner and I correctly, we had double costs with the transfer of the property.
