Keller Williams Maribor

Excellent real estate dealer! I can recommend their services to anyone who is looking for a an honest and high end service that leads to a great deal for you.

Extremely unprofessional agency Through this agency, we agreed on a price with the seller of the construction plot in Šentilj. Before signing the binding contract, the agency informs us that the seller is asking for 50% more money. That is significantly more than the agency itself announced in the ad. This is called fraud and this agency represents clients who engage in deception and fraud. Avoid this agency and agent Lara Cafuta. Your agency placed an ad asking for €27,000, the owner agreed to €23,000. Before signing the contract, the agency claims that the owner is asking for €35,000 and that is deception and fraud. Check with Agent Lara.
