Orel Celje turizem, prevoz potnikov in trgovina, d.o.o.

Desperate attitude, the "director" is totally unprofessional, the entire agency deserves a very thorough inspection visit and I will personally make sure they get that visit. I strongly advise against it. Another response to your answer: did you forget to mention in your answer that you sent a reminder about an invoice that was paid a year ago (it would be a good idea to replace the accountant and teach her Slovenian, because the email is full of grammatical errors?) and about the threats with a lawyer? Why? Because you yourself are incompetent and do not have a proper attitude towards clients? Considering the other negative opinions, I am so surprised that you still have any business at all. Oh, and this - I am already looking forward to the announced lawsuit from your side. Have a nice June greetings, Eva

Everything went smoothly. Whenever we order something through the Orel agency, the staff takes care of it. Whether it's quick changes, airline tickets or cancellations. They can handle any situation. They know their mileage!
