ALTOM Advertising Ltd.

I was interested in having a small quantity of textiles printed, I wrote an email to which I did not receive a response, but I stopped by in person to get answers to all my questions. I also visited other agencies and I am writing a review only today when I had the opportunity to compare the approach of other agencies. I always had a few basic questions, what technologies the company uses, what materials they can be applied to, what color the substrate must be for a given technology, what is the price for printing a T-shirt or other material, what is the waiting time (in case I bring my jacket). Unlike another advertising agency (Tigerprint), I received a very professional answer to all my questions personally from the gentleman at the "reception", including a sample of such printing, prices. I will definitely use their services.

On 15.7.2025 we confirmed a smaller one, only 2 signs to mark the company, and until today / 18.08.2025 we have only received minimal communication - if there was any, it was to ask me as the customer. Thank God we only made a small order and we have learned a lesson as a company and I as a person. Thank you Mr. Kujan and Mr. Kardošová for 0 responses to our emails and that we know who not to contact in the future in case of similar matters / I will update the review - Tigerprint in Zilina certainly did it in 4 hours and for a better price, of course

I rate based on long-term cooperation. Excellent staff willing to find a positive solution for the customer.
