The agreed price of €15 suddenly changed to €24 when I picked up the bound work, I consider this an unfair business practice, since I deliberately brought the work earlier (5 days before pick-up) to save money. I also said that I could come to pick up the work later, since the price depends on the speed of binding. I recommend that when binding school work, you better consider another company where they will not try such scams.

I didn't even want to listen to it anymore. I'm glad I didn't take it personally, because I would have scolded her. After that, I told myself that I wouldn't go there again even if it was the last store in Trnava. I don't know if that lady is high, but fucking up so many things is an art...

Never send a package there via DPD to them, the lady has a terrible attitude. Once (when it suits her, she tells you to dictate a civil order over the phone) the second time, when my husband comes to pick up the package, she doesn't deliver it and sends the package back (because he can't dictate a civil order anymore). Terrible attitude!!! I've had this experience several times and I didn't send a package to them, unfortunately alzabox redirected it there for me. And it went back again. If I could, I wouldn't give them any, no stars. This lady sends packages earlier than necessary and also lies on the phone, before it was possible to dictate, after it was impossible to dictate. And she is not helpful in any way!! This is not the first time this has happened to me. I go to other collection points and I've never really had such a problem. And dear lady, I have no reason to lie... when you have your days, please send your husband to the delivery office instead. You know, when you breastfeed and put your child to sleep, you won't run away to take someone's picture civilly. But it's up to each of us how we behave in a given situation, right? And dear lady, 5 days is not seven, please go back to school. He arrived on 15.12. and by 20.12. which is 5 days. You sent him away on the 19th even though you knew he would come back for him.
