VIZUAL Advertising Agency Košice

Great satisfaction. I am extremely satisfied with the work and the professional and fast approach. The design and final design of the business cards I had made are top notch 👍 I can only recommend them 👌 …

In this advertisement, I designed information boards for an educational trail. I was pleasantly surprised by the graphic designer's approach - she approached the order responsibly, proactively, tried to incorporate all comments, suggested improvements that were very good from a practical and visual point of view. She responded promptly to emails and the production and delivery were also fast. The printing itself and the quality of the boards are very good - they have been in nature for a year and still look like new. The price was adequate, it fit into the budget and there was also a reserve. For me, I am very satisfied not only with the quality of the product, but also with the speed of completing the order and especially the kind and professional approach. Good accessibility with parking is another positive.

The T-shirt was finished quickly, in 2 days, which is great, but the quality of the print was disappointing. There were small traces of paint or glue on the print that could not be removed, which spoils the overall look. For almost €25, I expected a better result. When I pointed out this problem when picking up, the lady at the checkout didn't say anything about it, just "goodbye". Poor attitude towards the customer.
